Tomorrow, at 5.00 pm Warsaw time, marks the 64th anniversary of Hour "W" - the commencement of the Warsaw Uprising.
For 63 days, and with little support from the "Allies", the men, women and children of Warsaw fought the Nazis. Following its defeat, Hitler ordered that Warsaw be raised to the ground.
